About me

I'm an IT Professional and Process Automation expert with over 20 years’ experience building enterprise level applications and modern cloud based Microservices.

I've started Manuha Group to help Small Businesses navigate their complex IT landscape in a reliable cost-effective manner, adding security and safegaurding their IT assets like data, files, processes, software etc (both at-rest as well as in-transit) adhering to industry best-practices and standards (PCI DSS, HIPAA), and future-proofing their IT needs in anticipation of business growth for upcoming months/years.

I'm an expert in Building Applications, Cloud Computing, Web Security, AWS Services, and DevOps. Over my 20+ years, I've worked with Big Banks, Trading Firms, Insurance Companies and have acquired deep domain expertise in Financial Instruments, post Trade operations, Clearing workflows, Internal-Audit (3 lines of defense), Legal and Compliance, and misc commonly used processes. I have a Master's degree in Computer Science and I'm very good at underlying IT fundamentals like Algorithms, Data Structures, Computer Networks, and Application Security.

Over the course of my career, I've successfully led various technology projects involving middleware integration, UI, and BPM Automation. I've also streamlined some of the tech team's manual and support operations related to Incident and Problem Management Processes.

    Internal Audit | Citi Bank

    As part of Internal Audit (IA) team, I was leading and overseeing the implementation of multiple data analytics solutions and the automation of Internal Audit lifecycle business processes (pertaining to Audit Planning, Field-work and Reporting phases) being developed and integrated into Citi’s overall GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) Platform. These solutions help auditors perform risk-and-control assessments on various business entities and their activities, run audits using various metrics, helping them come up with independent risk assessment scores. The solutions also provide a holistic view of various risk drivers associated with each business, the controls and compliance procedures put in-place to mitigate the risk, process improvements, and various performance metrics for Internal Auditors to make intelligent decisions on mitigating firm-wide risk. The IA team was able to achieve 60% overall efficiency in their audits and risk exposure calculations for the firm, as a result of these automated solutions.
